When ‘support’ stopped supporting,
we started Zynic.
Zynic wasn’t born out of a business plan. It was born out of disbelief — the kind you feel when a million-dollar support invoice lands unannounced and everyone around the table just stares, blinking, trying to process how that became normal.
Somewhere along the line, IT support went from consultative and value-driven to a subscription expecting loyalty while quietly delivering less.
So we decided to fix that.
No jargon. No “trusted advisor” theatre. No pretending a checkbox equals a consultation. Just clear insight, honest advice, and a bit of humour to make the medicine go down.
We exist to bring sense, visibility, and a little accountability back to IT — keeping vendors honest, partners in check, and clients informed.
Because in a world of auto-renewals and buzzwords, someone has to be the adult in the server room.
